All paid MilestoneCore subscription plans are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or any renewal charge. No questions asked — no conditions, no exceptions.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email us at billing@milestonecore.com with your account email address. We will process your refund promptly — typically within 5–10 business days.
Billing and Processing
All subscription billing is handled by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to the original payment method. Paddle handles all billing-related inquiries, tax compliance, and payment processing on behalf of Milestonecore.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
