1. About Milestonecore

MilestoneCore is a subscription SaaS platform operated by Milestonecore (the “Company”, “we”, “us”). The platform provides software tools for freelancers and agencies to create structured milestones, manage client approvals, track project workflows, and facilitate team collaboration.

2. Nature of the Service

MilestoneCore is a software-only platform. We do not provide, facilitate, or guarantee any human-driven, freelance, consulting, or professional services. The platform is a digital tool that enables users to organise project milestones, send approval requests, and manage workflows. All work, deliverables, and service agreements between freelancers and their clients are independent of Milestonecore. We are not a party to any contract between freelancers and their clients.

3. Use of the Service

You may use MilestoneCore only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining account security. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with operations, or upload harmful content.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. All payments are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and authorise recurring charges. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

All paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with MilestoneCore for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or any renewal — no questions asked. Refund requests are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Account Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. Milestonecore may terminate or suspend access for non-payment, abuse, or material violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it may be permanently deleted.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milestonecore disclaims all warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

Milestonecore reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
